"If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail"
Benjamin Franklin

Planning is an important part of teaching and behavior management. To become an effective teacher we need to  plan because it can help us to keep our classroom organize and free from chaos. Mr. Harry Wong said that the number one problem in the classroom is not discipline; it is the lack of procedures and routines. I believe that if you have procedures and routines impose inside the classroom there is a tendency that your students will be behave inside your classroom.

Rules and routines are vital in managing the class because through these the students know what to do inside the classroom that can eliminate the cause of disruption.
Discipline concerns how students behave while procedure concerns how things are done. In procedure we let our students know the steps that they need to learn inside the classroom. We need to plan everything that we do to make our teaching and learning process more effective and interesting.
