As teachers we are responsible to promote student's right inside the classroom. We need to build a child-friendly environment and build harmonious relationship with our students. During my observation, I saw how Mr. Quinlog promote and practice the rights of his students. He gives his students equal opportunity to grow and learn. He also practice and promote diversity because his class is compose of different students with different needs and abilities. Mr. Quinlog highlights the freedom of expression among his students by letting them share their ideas during the discussion. He gives equal access to education by accommodating the individual needs of his learners.
Every recess time, he make sure that all his students have foods to eat. He gives foods to students who don't have anything to eat. He also make sure that all his students have school supplies. He store things like pencil, pen, scissors, rulers, erasers, and papers. All his students can use these materials.
Mr. Quinlog treats his students as family. They always treat each other with love, understanding, sympathy, and care. Everyone also have the right to leisure and play. They have a certain time and day where they can play and have fun. Mr. Quinlog make sure that everyone will have fun and learn at the same time.
