The most common role of teachers in the classroom is to impart their knowledge to their students but in reality teaching is not only about imparting their knowledge. Teachers also manage the class and help the students to behave appropriate inside and outside the classroom. They address disruptive behaviors that students manifest inside the classroom to keep the teaching and learning process smoothly and free from chaos.
During my first day of observation, I notice instantly the behavior of the students of Mr. Quinlog. There are times that his students are fighting (verbally and physically). They keep on running and shouting inside the classroom. There are times that the classroom is chaotic. Everyone is standing up, shouting, and fighting. That is the everyday scenario of Mr. Quinlog's class.
On the last day of my observation, there is slight improvement in the behavior of the students. They are less naughty and they sometimes listen to us when we scold them. I really saw that having good classroom management is important to keep the classroom free from chaos. If a teacher is having poor classroom management there is a tendency that teaching and learning process will fail.

"A good education can change anyone, a good teacher can change everything"
I am happy that there are improvements when it comes to the students behavior:)
