Role Models are the one who everyone look up to and aspire to be like. Teachers are one of the role models of their students. We are like actors and students tend to imitate us. As teachers, we need to display behaviors that are reflective of moral virtues. We leave a great impact on our student's life. We are responsible in instilling character and moral virtues to our students.
During my observation, I saw how my cooperating teacher teaches his students values and appropriate behaviors inside the class. When he interact with his students, he is modelling how they should behave inside and outside the classroom. He shows positive behavior because he wants his students to emulate that kind of behavior. He builds a fair and respectful learning environment.

We need to walk our talk and show to our students the behavior and values that they can emulate. We have the ability to build or break the future of our students so we need to be careful of our actions that we show to our students. Let's be the MODEL OF VALUES
